Why I price from a photo
Hard floors vary much more than carpets. The size of the area, the type of floor and its condition all change how long the job takes, so there's no fixed price. A photo lets me give you a clear price for your floor rather than a guess.
What to send
- A photo of each floor, taken from the doorway so I can see the whole area
- The type of floor, if you know it, for example wood or tiles
- The rough size of the room, or how many rooms
- A close-up of any marks or problem areas you'd like me to look at
How booking works
- Send a photo. WhatsApp me a picture of the floor, with the details above.
- Get a clear price. You'll have a written price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the day.
- Confirmed arrival. I'll give you an arrival window and confirm it the day before.
- See the result. I take before-and-after photos so you can see the difference.
What I can't promise
Some marks, such as deep scratches, a worn finish or stains that have soaked into grout, are damage rather than dirt, and cleaning won't remove them. If I can see that from your photo, I'll tell you honestly before you book.
Floors and carpets together
Many homes have carpet upstairs and wooden or tiled floors downstairs. If you're booking carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning or window cleaning as well, ask and I'll quote it all together.
Where
Hard floor cleaning is available everywhere I cover, including Balbriggan, Drogheda, Skerries, Rush, Lusk and Bettystown, Laytown and Mornington, plus Gormanston, Julianstown, Stamullen and Donabate. Not sure if you're in the area? Just ask.
