Privacy: Stephen's Cleaning Services (Stephen Cronin, sole trader, Laytown, Co. Meath) uses your name, address, Eircode, phone number and email, and any photos or notes you send for a quote, only to quote, plan and carry out your job, work out travel, send your invoice, and keep the business records tax law requires (invoices are kept for 6 years). Job photos and notes are deleted once the job is finished and any query is settled. Our website host, Netlify, receives your booking request and forwards it to our email, WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there, and Microsoft OneDrive to store our records. Card payments go through Square, and we never see your full card number. We never sell or share your details, except with our accountant or Revenue when required. Before/after photos and reviews are used only with your permission and never identify you or your home. We send offers only if you've agreed or you're an existing customer, and you can opt out at any time. To see, correct or delete your details, contact hello@stephenscleaning.ie or 083 192 1400.
